The Toe Adjuster Strap that you can adjust with the screw on the toe cap. 

The Toe Adjuster Strap XL F1.0 is compatible with the CLEW® Freedom 1.0 binding models. If you used the toolless screws before, you need to order additionally the Ankle/Toe Adjuster Screw Set F1.0. 

This strap with seven holes is a bit longer than the standard one and can be used if you require more space in the front of your bindings.
